Live peacefully in time, age gracefully in the years; life should be followed by nature, peace of mind, happiness.
Be kind to yourself, starting from the heart. The world seen through the eyes is merely an appearance; the voice of the mind is the true essence of life. A fallen leaf may be a sign of decay or a harbinger of rebirth, depending on the direction of the heart. Beautiful like the sun, if filled with shadows in the heart, the sun cannot shine in. A heart full of goodness will tend to judge things favorably. The sun's warmth comes from the eternal passion within. To pursue a beautiful life, one must first beautify their own mind.
Deliberately raising oneself above others creates distance, but does not elevate one's status. Pride is a devil, it slowly corrodes one's soul. Those who are proud are invariably vain. Overplaying oneself only makes one pitiful. One should be like a flower, seen or unseen, it blooms where it is. Only by maintaining humility, not being arrogant or conceited, can one move from obscurity to brilliance.
No matter how far the road, there is an end; no matter how deep the suffering, it will eventually come to an end, as long as you don't give up, there is hope. However, in the long journey, in the deep pain, we often give up hope and become tired of life, feeling that the road is getting narrower and the suffering is deepening. In fact, what is narrow is not the road, but the thoughts and emotions, and what is deep is not the suffering, but the feelings and mood. The roadside is the road, the bitter part is sweet, it depends on what you see.
Change brings pain, but not changing brings suffering. Change is difficult, so if you want to change, it must be a painful thing. Even so, we often need to change ourselves. Cutting off one's retreat allows one to win a way out; many times, we need the courage to cut off our own retreat. Because there is no retreat, we are prone to complacency, and without a retreat, we can win our own way.

Where there is no greed in the mouth, there is tranquility in the heart; where there is no excessive talk, there is wisdom; where there is learning like the Prajnaparamita, soft words are spoken; the heart is compassionate and merciful, without generating evil; where there is no eating delicacies, the body is tranquil and diseases disappear; where there are frequent smiles, anger and hatred are extinguished, the mind and body are peaceful and people are respectful; where there is no frivolous talk, the heart is clear and quiet, and true cultivation comes from speechless meditation.
A boy's naive pride and stubbornness, towards people he likes, he stubbornly refuses, speaks fiercely, hurting others, and then regrets when his hair is white. Such emotions, such people, only once in a lifetime, wanting to turn back, it's already too late.
Flowers without names can still bloom beautiful landscapes; grass is humble, it can also spread lush greenery. Accept it willingly, lose it calmly, follow nature, strive for what is inevitable. Be quiet in time, old in years. Life should be followed by nature, peace of mind, happiness. In life, we need to constantly purify our minds, self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-importance. Two people, mutual understanding, respect, not entanglement, not bondage, not possession, and then companionship.
Life is simple, don't make life a complex game. If you like, strive for it, if you get it, cherish it, if you miss it, forget it. After many encounters and separations, you will always understand that all worries are caused by letting go. If you think happiness, go find it; if you think worth, go cherish; if you think happiness, cherish it. If you can accommodate the world, the world will accept you.
There is no one who can never be criticized, and there is no one who is always praised. When you speak too much, others will criticize you, when you speak little, others will also criticize you, when you are silent, others may still criticize you. Don't let doubts of others disturb you, and don't let the ignorance of others make you miserable. Persist in your principles, let them criticize; don't let their suspicions disturb you, and don't let their ignorance make you miserable.
