One Insight a Day: Learning to Curve
Encountering setbacks doesn't necessarily mean a bad thing; setbacks can tell us where we still need improvement, allowing us to continue to enhance ourselves. Sometimes, the goodness or badness of a situation depends on how we perceive it.

Therefore, we shouldn't be too pessimistic; a positive attitude, coupled with the ability to adapt, will make our lives better.
