Self-discipline brings freedom, letting go will not bring inner peace!
I used to think freedom meant doing whatever I wanted, without anyone telling me no, living a life without restrictions.
But I later realized that true freedom comes with self-discipline, not simply letting go.
Without self-control, you'll be swayed by habits and momentary impulses, or the thoughts of others, always following the crowd.
This leads to aimless anxiety, never truly pursuing what you genuinely desire.

When you're feeling down, don't wallow in sadness; it won't solve anything, only deepening your despair.
If you can't manage your emotions, fill your life with activity – there's no time for complaining!
Change is gradual, a slow accumulation of small steps. Long-lasting relationships are built on simple, consistent companionship.
The more you experience, the more gentle you become, like the sea, holding vastness and tranquility. A deep and boundless heart, serene amidst joy and sorrow.

May we both cultivate our own 'sea of hearts', watching life's joys and sorrows with a smile!
