Can Losing Weight Really Not Rely on Exercise?

Losing weight is a lifelong goal for women, and most women have tried to lose weight. There are various methods and ways that suit everyone, and what is the final result?

There was once a friend. When I first saw him, he appeared to weigh 160 pounds and was about 160 cm tall, and he looked like he was of equal thickness from top to bottom. He told me his goal was to be 100 pounds when he graduated from college.

Later in life, he certainly tried various ways to lose weight, taking all kinds of weight-loss drugs, various dietary treatments, or not eating for several days and nights, followed by eating and eating again, which was even fatter than before. But I never saw him lose weight through exercise. After trying various methods, he was already halfway through college, and he still hadn't lost weight.

The successful slim man was undoubtedly confident, and he achieved great success in his work, and he had a lovely husband and children who loved himself. He succeeded.

Losing weight requires persistence. Exercise and a reasonable diet can reduce the risk of rebound weight gain.
