Weight Loss Method That Makes You Blow Up! Stick With It for a Month and Your Waistline Will Really Shrink!
I lost over 20 pounds and went from 130 to 104 pounds, and now my weight is stable at over 90 pounds.

I've tried various methods, and finally, I formulated a method that looks ideal and is executable based on my preferences.
What do I eat? I eat 2-3 eggs (full of energy), yellow squash, and tomatoes as a fruit, a few each a day. When I get tired of it, I eat stir-fried vegetables (spinach, dollop cabbage, carrots, lightly blanched with sauce or vinegar),

I get so full after about 4-5 days, so I have a hot pot. How do I eat hot pot? Clear broth with vegetables and a tofu sheet and 7-8 pieces of lamb, with a dipping sauce (chili vinegar, soy sauce, sesame paste) until satisfied. Don't eat too much. On the day of eating hot pot, I don't eat eggs.

Exercise is absolutely necessary! I eat eggs for energy, and they're not high in calories. I run at least one hour a day, half of which I'll run an hour earlier or later, totaling 2 hours, and I must definitely finish running and stretch properly, otherwise my knees will hurt and my muscles will ache. To ensure hardware can be sustained, I must take care of it.
I also take a vitamin and a calcium tablet every day.
This is to maintain nutritional balance and to persist. I can't give up just because of a little difficulty.
My secret weapon for suppressing my appetite is black coffee, which has almost no calories and can effectively suppress my appetite, but I limit myself to no more than two cups a day!
Too much of it is bad for the body!

It really feels like the world is getting kinder after I lose weight.
I have confidence in myself, I can also recognize myself, and I have more ability to love, and more people praise me for liking myself.
Let's talk about losing weight...
When I lost to 104 pounds, I traveled for half a month, and I ate a lot of delicious food during the trip, which wasn't very healthy. But I walked a lot, and my weight didn't change for half a month. Later, I realized that I had embarked on a new life (I was studying abroad).
Others think restaurant food isn't tasty, and it's not much better than Chinese food. But for me, it's amazing.
When I was unfamiliar with the new environment, I almost didn't exercise, so I could only control my diet. When I lost weight, I was afraid to eat randomly, I ate a vegetable soup + 1 egg + 2 wheat rolls (occasionally) (I've never thrown away the yolk when I eat eggs, I think it's a waste of food),
Lunch and dinner: I basically eat a lot of tomatoes and yellow squash (basically every meal), and vegetables (sour and spicy white cabbage, green beans, broccoli, I'm not sure), two large pieces of white and tender fish without bones or skin, or two pieces of chicken meat. I basically don't eat rice in restaurants because the Italian way of making rice is too bland.
After about a month, I went to the gym and weighed myself, and my weight dropped to 96.
Later, when I got familiar with the environment, I often went to the gym to run, but I couldn't do it every day. I went twice a week.
I basically restored my normal diet, but it was definitely less than most people's main food intake, and I ate more vegetables and meat.
Plus, my job involves a lot of walking, which helps maintain my weight at around 90 pounds.
Now, during my vacation at home, my weight fluctuates a bit.
I started to run regularly again. For me, running for an hour is very easy and relaxing. I run slowly, at 6.5-7 speed on the treadmill.

I stretch very carefully.
I've run for so long, and I've never thought running would make my legs thicker.
Sweating makes my body feel refreshed and my skin becomes better.
First, let me make a statement: my weight loss is definitely not healthy, it causes constipation, fatigue, poor complexion, suppresses appetite, and is in a bad mood, it lacks carbohydrates and nutrition, and over-exercise hurts the body, etc.
So I don't recommend doing it for a long time, one or two months, overcome the difficulty wholeheartedly.
The fat is because of my bad habits, gradually formed, not easy to change.
Now I can control my weight, I feel at ease when I gain a few pounds, I think losing weight is easy. But I most want to achieve truly healthy eating plus correct regular physical exercise, so that it becomes a natural and habitual lifestyle, instead of trying to lose weight.

Let's cheer up together!
