  • Allowing the spine to fully twist and relax
  • Relaxing the cervical spine, effectively relieving shoulder and neck pain
  • Stretching the side waist and side ribs, opening the front of the shoulders
  • Stimulating the shoulder blades and axillary area, promoting detoxification



How to practice Thread Pose?


  • Kneel in a square, draw your feet back into a hook shape, inhale and raise your right arm
  • Exhale, let your right shoulder fall below your body, palm up
  • Extend your left hand forward to stretch the side waist, pressing your side face to the ground
  • Keep the hips fixed, open the chest to the left
  • Hold for 5-8 breaths, practice on the other side
