Training
Luciane starts her day with a fast-paced cardio exercise followed by a meal. In the later part of the day, usually in the afternoon or evening, she will do strength training. Luciane enjoys lifting weights and increases a lot of weight during her workouts, but her method has changed since she started her fitness journey. Now her lighter weight training focuses more on muscle contractions rather than muscle workouts.

Nutrition
When she wakes up in a normal day, she will drink two cups of pure filtered water. Then, 10-20 minutes later, she will drink her third glass of water and fresh lemon juice. She believes these activities in the morning can protect her liver and help organs detoxify.
