Fitness Fat Loss Challenge - Day 4
It's the fourth day of my fitness fat loss challenge, and I still feel pretty accomplished seeing my chest muscles getting more defined, but my body fat is still too high, it's not very pretty.
I already did some cardio yesterday, so today I just ran 1.7 kilometers for a warm-up, then I did some anaerobic exercises on machines, mainly focusing on my chest and abs, and biceps. I didn't train my back today, I was completely exhausted!!! I could literally die from the effort!!! You didn't see my expression in the gym - totally struggling and desperate!!!
My diet today is similar to previous days, because all my ingredients are almost gone. I went to the supermarket early this morning to buy food for this week, and it cost me 32 rubles, which is about 110 yuan!
Let me show you my meal plan, today I improved my dinner – I made a bowl of seaweed and egg drop soup with crab sticks and seaweed. It tastes great, but I was still hungry an hour later!!!
