These Two Dishes Were on the Table, Chopsticks Never Left, Low-Fat and Flavorful, Perfect for Dinner, Gentle on the Stomach
Introduction: These two dishes were on the table, and the chopsticks never left. Low-fat and flavorful, perfect for dinner, and gentle on the stomach.
The most difficult part of a low-carb diet is to avoid making the food too filling. Whether it's grilled pork chops or steak, I had previously thought that I just wouldn't eat rice, but everything else was the same. As a result, I fried a plate of fragrant, oily, and spicy grilled meat, which was simply torturous without accompanying rice. Or, I made it into a soup, and the broth was amazing, so I couldn't resist making a bowl of white noodles. As a result, I failed three times, twice with low-carb diets, and I ate more and more, feeling strangely full. This time, I used Indian spices to marinate the chicken breast, which was flavorful but surprisingly refreshing, preventing me from craving rice (but I did have a glass of wine) (hey), and the side dishes were curry-flavored vegetables baked directly over a fire, adding a feeling of fullness.

Greek Yogurt and Cilantro Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast, Curry Flavored Roasted Vegetables
Chicken Breast Ingredients:
Two large pieces of chicken breast
Two large spoonfuls of Greek yogurt
One small spoonful of curry powder
One large spoonful of garlic powder
One small spoonful of red pepper powder
One small spoonful of turmeric powder
One small spoonful of fennel powder
Two large spoonfuls of salt
One large spoonful of black pepper
One bunch of cilantro
Method:
Cut the chicken breast in half vertically, mix all the seasonings evenly, and apply to the chicken breast, marinating for at least half a day; thread the marinated chicken breast vertically onto a metal rack and bake in a preheated oven at 210*C/420*F. Place the chicken in the middle of the oven and bake for fifteen minutes (baking time needs to be adjusted according to the size of the chicken breast).
Wash and dry the cilantro, and mix it with the marinade for the chicken breast, mixing well

Fifteen minutes later, remove the chicken, and spread the cilantro and sauce on the chicken breast, flip it over to bake for ten to fifteen minutes until the surface is golden brown

Squeeze the chicken breast, if the raw meat is still not cooked, the meat juice will be pink and cloudy, put it back in the oven to bake for five minutes until the meat juice flows out is clear and light yellow, indicating that the chicken is fully cooked.

Cut half a head of cabbage and sliced mushrooms, sprinkle a lot of olive oil, sprinkle salt, black pepper, curry powder, a little white wine, mix well, put the chicken in the oven after ten minutes, and put this plate of vegetables in at the same time
One oven solves the whole dinner, the favorite of lazy wives (spinning circles).
Two people finished eating this plate, feeling very full and not greasy, very satisfying (wiping mouth)
