This is a granola that can be eaten as a snack! I often see fitness and food bloggers abroad putting a little something on yogurt, finding it beautiful, healthy and delicious.
Granola was always thought to be a brand, no results found after searching. Later I learned that granola flakes are homemade, oats, nuts and other ingredients are seasoned and baked, then mixed with dried fruits, which can be eaten directly or combined with various dairy products and fresh fruits.
Granola is one of the most popular breakfasts in the world: healthy, fast and delicious.
As a food blogger who started filming breakfast since 2013 and started fitness in 2015, how could I not make Granola? My followers often see Granola in my breakfast, various combinations, it's the most frequently appearing item in breakfast.
But I've never filmed a Granola recipe, and I've always been asked how to make it, and I always end up eating it before I even film it. This time, I have more time at home, so I finally filmed the recipe.
Below is a general recipe, I've modified it to my liking, I like nuts, so I increased the amount and variety of nuts, and correspondingly reduced the amount of flakes.
To control sugar, I don't add maple syrup and honey to my granola, students who don't mind taking in sugar can add some seasonings.

Granola Flakes
IngredientsOats 1 cup, walnuts 1 cup, sesame seeds 0.5 cup, goji berries 1/4 cup, pumpkin seeds 0.5 cup, almonds 1/4 cup, cranberries 1/4 cup, maple syrup 1/4 cup, 1/4 sugar, vegetable oil 1/4 cup, salt 2g

Instructions1. Preheat the oven to 125 degrees, put all the ingredients except the oats, maple syrup, honey, vegetable oil in a large container and mix well.
3. Then put in the oats and mix well, then add vegetable oil, maple syrup and honey one by one and mix well.

3. Pour the mixed flakes into a baking pan and spread evenly, don't make it too thick, preferably thin. Preheat the oven to 125 degrees for 75 minutes, stir and flip every 20 minutes. The baking time for different ovens is different, you need to observe carefully, when the flakes and nuts are golden brown and fragrant, it's done.

4. I use this blue treasure pot, which can rotate for baking, so I don't need to flip it.

5. Take out the flakes, let them cool completely, then break up the clumpy parts, add dried fruits and mix well.

The finished Granola must be cooled completely before packaging, otherwise it will not be crispy, seal and store it, it can be used as a snack, paired with fruit, milk or yogurt.

1. Oats must be those that need to be soaked or cooked, not the ones that are ready to eat or quick to eat.
2. Don't forget to add salt to the recipe, it brings better flavor.
3. You can replace different varieties of nuts, seeds and dried fruits according to your preferences and adjust the quantity, but don't use already baked nuts and seeds. Add dried fruits after baking.
3. As for spices, in addition to common spices like cinnamon and ginger, you can also use others, such as nutmeg, to create a richer texture, you can also add coconut flakes.
4. Adjust the baking time according to the actual situation, the baking pan should be large enough, let the ingredients lie in a thin layer in the baking pan, so that you can achieve a crispy effect. If the oven is small, you can reduce the ingredients or bake in batches.
