This method is based on a four-day cycle:

Day 2, 3 times the amount of carbohydrates, 2 times the amount of protein, 0.5 times the amount of fat;
Day 3, 3 times the amount of carbohydrates, 2 times the amount of protein, 0.5 times the amount of fat;
Day 4, 5 times the amount of carbohydrates, 2 times the amount of protein, 0 times of fat;
For example, for a 70kg male, on Day 1, 105g of carbohydrates, 140g of protein, 70g of fat, approximately three meals accumulating 200g of cereal, 700g of chicken breast, 140 almonds, and the rest of the days follow this pattern.
The benefit of this is that in the first three days of low-carb days, the body can gradually become sensitive to carbohydrates, and it can use carbohydrates with fat to consume energy without affecting muscle repair.
By Day 4, the body is extremely sensitive to carbohydrates and will store a large amount of glycogen, instead of synthesizing fat, thereby increasing metabolism and achieving weight loss.
