Even the current gods were once beginners, and maybe they're just like you in terms of personality, but diligence and learning have created their current state. As far as I know, people who love to exercise tend to have outgoing personalities. As long as you're willing to ask, they might be more enthusiastic than a coach. As long as you're willing to speak up, you might find a group that suits you.

Goal

Hobbies can become habits, or they can become goals of striving, or even a career. So, the first thing you need to do is make your goal a habit. I think most people can't do this, but if you have a diligent partner or guide, it's very likely that everything will become simple. Even if there are no such factors, I personally think you can try various types of fitness, and gradually find the type of exercise you like.

Goals play a crucial role in your hobbies. For example, if you want to prepare a fitness meal for yourself, your purpose is very clear. The purpose of preparing a fitness meal is for fitness, and it's also for muscle growth or fat loss. This is a clear goal, which will increase your execution.

But if you don't have a clear goal and just wander around the gym, it's very difficult to succeed.

Of course, many friends will say, 'I do have my own goals, but I still can't stick with them.' I think you can use videos or inspirational magazines to motivate yourself. Even the music you listen to should be related to fitness.

Music, research on fitness equipment, choosing the right outfit and shoes will all motivate you. Of course, these need to be cultivated by yourself.
