Snacks to Eat During Weight Loss: Here They Are!

Today, I mainly want to share with you what snacks you can eat while dieting without gaining weight. Are you eager to know? Don't rush, let's take it slow.

I believe everyone who is dieting is very craving, because originally we eat less, and the food we eat may be quite light, which will make us even more craving. So, some snacks are what we're thinking about. Especially for women! And many people are afraid to eat snacks when dieting, thinking that eating snacks will gain weight, so they can't eat them.
Actually, it's not necessarily the case. Some snacks are beneficial and harmless for dieting, so today I'm going to share some snacks that can be eaten during dieting to help you satisfy your cravings while also better controlling your appetite and helping you lose weight.
I recommend some natural foods first
They have relatively low calories and are also quite nutritious, and they don't require much processing, making them very suitable for eating during dieting
For example, some vegetables and fruits, such as apples, pears, oranges, or cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and kiwis, these foods are nutritious and low in calories, and they're very easy to process. You can carry them with you and eat them wherever you go. However, the amount you eat should be controlled to no more than 300 grams per day.

Choose relatively low GI foods
For example, some nuts, dairy products, and small snacks, such as seaweed and beef jerky, these foods also have nutrients that are beneficial for dieting, and because they contain a relatively small amount of carbohydrates, their GI values are relatively low, which doesn't lead to excessive fat accumulation. However, these foods need to be carefully identified because some merchants are overly pursuing flavor and add too many additives, leading to these healthy snacks becoming easier to gain weight.
But nuts, if they are original, it's okay. If they're salty or creamy, that's a problem. How to identify? Look at the ingredient list. If salt and sugar are in the top three ingredients, try to eat less. If you like to eat nuts, you can eat a palmful every day.
Milk and yogurt selection
Milk is okay if you're strict about calorie control. You can choose skim milk. If you're not particularly strict, a little fat won't make a big difference.
But you need to pay attention to yogurt. Most manufacturers add sugar to yogurt. Look at the ingredient list. What are the top three ingredients? If sugar or fruit-flavored yogurt is in the top three ingredients, don't drink it because it contains a lot of carbohydrates and is very high in calories. If it's plain yogurt, you can drink about 200ml per day.
Seaweed and meat jerky

If these foods are original, it's okay. If they're oily or have a lot of salt and sugar added for flavoring, then pay attention. How to identify? Look at the ingredient list. If salt and sugar are in the top three ingredients, try to eat less. If you like to eat meat jerky or seaweed, you can eat a piece occasionally, but don't eat too much.
Cake and chips
These two foods have no nutrition and are very high in calories, but they're delicious, right?
During dieting, try to eat less snacks. If you really like to eat them, control the frequency. Once a week. It won't have much impact on your weight loss. But if you eat them every day, that's probably the reason you gain weight.
Finally, I tell you that you can eat snacks when dieting, but we need to choose snacks with moderate calories and rich in nutrients, and we also need to control the amount of snacks. I recommend that the daily calorie intake of snacks should not exceed 250 calories. If it exceeds this amount, you're likely to gain weight.
