Because my previous profession is dance, my physical training exercises are basically extracted from some classic elements from dance basic training. 1, Bed Chest Stretch

This exercise can be done before getting up and before going to bed, especially before getting up, it can effectively invigorate your spirit and prevent you from feeling sleepy. 3, Kneeling Forward Bend

When I finish the action of bending over backward, to relieve the fatigue of my body, I can do the opposite action – kneeling forward bend. Similarly, it doesn't require too much technical content, and most people can do it.
