Day 15 of My Fat-Loss Meal Plan - Only 2 Pounds Lost, I Need to Get Moving!

Breakfast: Purple rice with red dates porridge and eggs, plus mashed sweet potato. I wake up at 6:00 AM. I put a handful of black rice and several red dates into a rice cooker, crushing them into a nutritious, filling rice porridge. Just a few dates – about three – are enough, and the slight date aroma satisfies you without craving sweets. I've summarized my food cravings, and I believe that slightly satisfying them will prevent you from losing control, and regular scheduled satisfying will also help. You won't overeat!

Because it's only for one person, I added five red dates and 1300ml of water. The whole family of five can drink it perfectly.

For dinner, yam is a great main dish and high-fiber vegetables are excellent. Dinner.

In addition to reducing carbohydrates, I've also reduced the amount, and the caloric deficit is 500 calories. Combined with one hour of indoor cycling, which burns 300 calories, the total calorie consumption is 800 calories. It's theoretically feasible to lose 2 kilograms in about 10 days. Many people shout about weight loss, but they don't take action. Many people start dieting for a few days and then give up. They don't succeed because weight loss is a process that requires long-term 'controlling your appetite, exercising'. When you reverse your body's fat storage function, your weight will decrease slowly, and you must do it slowly, otherwise, extreme dieting can damage your health and increase the risk of your immunity decline. We want to be beautiful, but we also want to be healthy! To achieve the goal of losing 6 kilograms in 30 days, I must persist in exercising and losing weight. My waist and abdomen are the key areas to exercise, and I choose crunches, sit-ups, and indoor cycling.
