How to Eliminate the Wealthy Belly?
I'm going to share a real case of eliminating the wealthy belly. The frequent streamer, Shuang Ling.
She is 152cm tall and weighs 60kg when she comes. She came to be a model for weight loss, but when I first saw her, I knew that if her posture didn't change, it would be very difficult to lose weight.
She is a typical office worker who sits for a long time, with rounded shoulders, hunched back, forward head posture, large abdomen, and wealthy belly. This posture will first inevitably lead to short and shallow breathing, incorrect breathing mode, which is what traditional Chinese medicine calls 'Qi deficiency'. Secondly, the overall meridian line is not connected, making it easy for fat to accumulate. Thirdly, this posture, especially the wealthy belly, will compress the cervical spine and affect the nerves, so symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, tinnitus, arm weakness, etc. will appear and affect our lives.

So for Shuang Ling to lose weight, she must first change her posture
First, adjust your breathing pattern. Start with diaphragmatic breathing, allowing her to change from her original state of short and shallow breathing to a normal breathing pattern that involves the diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles, which will open up her entire body;
Second, relax the muscles in the front. Because of the long-term hunching caused by working at a desk, the muscles in the front are always contracted and tense, pulling the shoulders forward. Therefore, you must first relax the muscles in the front, including the pectoralis minor, sternocleidomastoid, and upper trapezius muscles;
Third, strengthen the muscles in the back of the neck and spine to make them stronger. Because of the long-term hunching posture, the muscles in the back of the neck and spine are passively stretched, so they don't have strength. We need to make them powerful so that they can pull our necks and shoulders back to the neutral position;
Fourth, stabilize the muscles on both sides of the neck. As we all know, triangles are the most stable shapes. The muscles on both sides of the neck are like the sides of a triangle, and when they are stabilized, our necks and shoulders can remain stable in a neutral position;
Fifth, maintain balance between the muscles in the front and back;
Based on posture correction, combined with some light aerobic exercise and activation of the three major muscle groups.

After a period of training, the wealthy belly became smaller
