Movement Generates Stillness, Running Can Quiet the Mind; Body Movement Leads to Mental Tranquility; Life is in Motion, Peace is in Quietude.
In a noisy world, the hardest thing is to quiet yourself, that stillness from mood and thought extending to the body. It's a state of being, a heart without waves, calmly accepting all changes, and responding with composure.

It's rare to find a moment of stillness, yet it's still difficult to quiet the mind. People are caught in the hustle and bustle of life, constantly dealing with work, life, titles, income, relationships, and business. This often leaves them overwhelmed and frustrated, lamenting over small losses and celebrating minor successes, burdened with endless worries, and driven by constant pressure. We are, in essence, 'pressure containers,' living a 'pressureful life.' Under pressure, we often lose our bearings and become irrational. True stillness comes from deep reflection and regret—'The tree wants to be still, but the wind does not cease.' Is it the wind that moves the heart, or the heart that moves the wind? The wind moves the heart, driven by nature, while stillness comes from within.
Stillness comes from movement! To be still, you must first move. Running is a good choice, letting the body fully move. Running through the city or countryside, mountains and wilderness, in the process of breathing and exhaling, purify yourself. The long run is lonely, with sweat falling like rain, it can make you forget worries and focus on running, or it can make you think and understand while running, everything that is disliked or undesired, will wash away with the sweat, after a short rest, re-evaluate yourself, then 'witness flowers blooming and falling in front of the court without attachment, observe clouds rolling and drifting in the sky without concern.' It depends on your heart, and your heart is like a still water.

Life is in movement, and tranquility is in stillness. When still, you can see through the appearance to the essence, not entangled in trivial matters, not controlled by interest struggles, take what you should take, obtain what you should obtain, be content with what you have, and be saddened when you lose it.
