Can Fruits Really Help with Weight Loss?
Fruits have long been considered a slimming miracle by transgender women. The reason for this is that they have low energy and are very high in water content. If I can rely on eating them instead of regular food, what do you all think? It is often used for weight loss.

However, we need to compare fruits with what they are compared to. If it is simply compared to staple foods, even a large fruit contains about the same energy as a large staple food. Although its water content is high, its sugar content is often higher. Therefore, if we consider energy-based gambling, simply replacing staple foods with fruits will not help with weight loss.

However, fruits have one benefit: they contain a high amount of pectin and fiber, which gives a strong feeling of fullness. Therefore, if we use fruits appropriately to increase satiety and reduce hunger during weight loss, it does help, but it is not excessive.

We oppose the method of eating five apples a day for weight loss and the method of eating five bananas a day for weight loss, because these cannot be sustained in the long term. However, if we use fruits as a way to reduce hunger during weight loss and as a suitable snack, we are more willing and recommend it.
