1. Before the mirror, no matter how beautiful the clothes are, they won't look good if they're hanging loosely. Look at your posture, hunching your shoulders, tilting your pelvis forward, and drooping your shoulders. It gives off a lack of energy and spirit, even the best clothes won’t look good.
If poor posture becomes a habit, it's difficult to correct, even though you repeatedly remind yourself, ‘Stand up straight, shoulders back,’ but as soon as you’re not careful, it returns to its original state. Unconsciously raised legs, shoulders and back hunching that quickly revert back to their original position, as if you need to be reminded by the eyes of others and whispered conversations to straighten your back.

01Simple Version 1.0 1. Lie on your back with a yoga pillow placed horizontally behind your chest, with another yoga brick vertically placed behind your shoulder blades. Place your hands on either side of your body and close your eyes to relax.

02Simple Version 2.0 Lie on your back with a yoga brick placed horizontally behind your chest, and another yoga brick vertically placed behind your shoulder blades. Place your hands together, elbows touching your head’s back, to stretch your head.
