I. Spicy Chicken Cubes

Recipe:

1. Cut the chicken legs into small pieces, dice the bell peppers (red and green), dice dried chili peppers and green onions, slice ginger and garlic for flavoring

2. Add cold water to the chicken pieces, bring to a boil, remove the scum, add a small piece of ginger

II. Radish Congee with Minced Pork

Ingredients: 1 tray of radish congee; 1 small bowl of minced pork (lean and fat ratio); 2 green peppers; 3 dried red chili peppers; 1 small piece of ginger; 2 cloves of garlic; salt; white sugar; light soy sauce; old soy sauce; cornstarch; fragrant oil;

Recipe:

1. Cut the radish congee into dicing, dice the green bell peppers, dried red chili peppers, remove the core and seeds

2. Minced pork, add light soy sauce, old soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, mix well, add 1 tablespoon of fragrant oil and mix

3. Fry the pot and add minced pork, stir-fry until the pork is broken, drain off the oil and set aside

4. Add ginger, garlic, green/red pepper circles, sauté to release fragrance

5. Add radish congee dicing, stir-fry until evenly mixed

6. Return the minced pork and stir-fry. Add a little to stir-fry, add sugar, light soy sauce, old soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, and add fragrance when ready to set aside

III. Fish-Fragrant Pork Ribs

Ingredients: 500g of pork belly, 1 carrot, 250g of dried bamboo shoots, 3 green peppers, black fungus, dried chili peppers, garlic, pickled ginger, , light soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, cornstarch, white sugar, fermented broad bean paste, salt

Recipe:

1. Wash and slice the green peppers, carrots and dried bamboo shoots into shreds. Soak the black fungus and pickled ginger and dried chili peppers in water and slice them. Make sure to remove the core of the green peppers!

2. Cut the pork belly into shreds, add pepper, , light soy sauce, cornstarch and a little oil, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes

3. Sauce preparation: Take 10g white sugar, 20ml vinegar, 10ml light soy sauce, 10g cornstarch, add a little water, stir until smooth

4. Heat oil in a pot, add pork shreds, stir-fry over high heat until the pork shreds change color, set aside

5. Add dried chili peppers, pickled ginger, garlic minced, sauté until fragrant, add dried bamboo shoots, carrots, black fungus and salt, sauté for 2 minutes and set aside

6. Add fermented broad bean paste into the pot and stir-fry until red oil comes out, add pork shreds and stir-fry for a while, add dried bamboo shoots, carrots, black fungus and green peppers

7. Pour the prepared sauce into the dish, stir-fry over high heat until it thickens, and the Fish-Fragrant Pork Ribs are ready

IV. Pumpkin Pork Minced Meat Pie

Recipe:

1. Wash and cut the pumpkin into pieces.

2. Put the pumpkin pieces into a pot and steam for 15 minutes.

3. Minced pork, add salt, , ginger, stir-fry evenly

4. Take the steamed pumpkin out of the pot and mash it into pumpkin puree
