My family's flour never makes steamed buns; adding 4 eggs, one roll, one spread, and kids love to eat it!

Frequently skipping breakfast can lead to a weakened immune system, low blood sugar, and gastrointestinal diseases. Nutritionists point out that skipping breakfast also speeds up aging.

Don't always eat soy milk and oily fritters for breakfast, eating too much is unhealthy. You can eat more milk, bread, and fruits. Many people find it troublesome to make bread at home because it requires a complete set of tools, such as an oven, butter, and breadcrumbs, and the method is complicated. Go to the bakery to buy it, but the bread there doesn't let you feel at ease, and it's not only expensive, but it may also add various additives and fragrances.

Today, I'm sharing a home-style bread recipe that doesn't require an oven, butter, or a rice cooker. The method is very simple, and the resulting bread is just as soft and chewy as the bread sold in bakeries. My kids love it, and I make it at least 3 times a week, no matter what.

Main ingredients: bread, eggs.

Accessories: white sugar, corn oil, salt, yeast powder, raisins, white sesame.

First step: beat 4 eggs in a basin, add 3g yeast powder, a little salt, and 20g white sugar. If you like sweets, you can add more.

Second step: prepare 300g high-gluten flour, slowly pour it into the basin while stirring. After forming a flour mass, add 20ml corn oil and knead it into a smooth dough.

Third step: Sprinkle some dry flour on the cutting board to prevent sticking, knead the smooth dough on the cutting board, just like rubbing clothes, you can also forcefully hit the dough, kneading for about 15 minutes. A thin membrane is enough (making a membrane can make the bread have a richer texture), and finally cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place.

Fourth step: Prepare a bunch of raisins, raisins have been cleaned by wind and sun, and the surface is very dirty. Put the raisins in flour water and knead them back and forth to wash away the dirt, and then wash them with clean water and dry them.

Fifth step: let the dough double in size, put it on the cutting board to beat out the air, then shape it into a log, cut it into 8 equal dough pieces. Roll up each piece, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Sixth step: use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a tongue shape, arrange washed grapes.

Seventh step: roll it up, tighten the two ends, and shape it into a ball. Take a mold, brush butter on the bottom and around it, put the dough into the mold, cover it with a lid and let it rise until it doubles in size. After rising, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface, then sprinkle some white sesame.

Eighth step: Cover it with a layer of heat-resistant plastic wrap, put it in a steamer, steam over high heat for 50 minutes.
