Vinaigrette Sweet Potato
Ingredients: Sweet potato, garlic cloves, dried chili peppers, scallions, fragrant vinegar, (liao jiu - cooking wine), soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Slice the sweet potato, mince the garlic cloves, and slice the chili peppers.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chili peppers to sauté, then add the sweet potato, soy sauce, fragrant vinegar, and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.
3. When almost finished, add a little salt to adjust the seasoning and sprinkle with scallions.
Chrysanthemum Leaf Stir-fried Pork
Ingredients: Chrysanthemum leaves, pork slices, red chili peppers, garlic cloves, salt, oyster sauce, cornstarch, soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Wash the pork and slice it, add cornstarch, salt, soy sauce and edible oil, mix well.
2. Wash the red chili peppers and cut them into circles, wash and cut the chrysanthemum leaves into segments.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add pork slices to stir-fry until changed color and remove.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chili peppers to sauté, then add chrysanthemum leaves to stir-fry for about half a minute.
5. Add pork slices, salt, and oyster sauce to stir-fry evenly until cooked, and serve.
Stir-fried Zucchini
Ingredients: Zucchini, tomatoes, scallions, ginger, dried chili peppers, soy sauce, salt, edible oil, water
Instructions:
1. Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin slices; wash and cut the tomatoes into diced pieces; wash and chop the scallions and ginger.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add scallions and ginger, dried chili peppers to sauté until fragrant, then add tomatoes to sauté until juice is released.
3. Add zucchini and stir-fry until soft, add soy sauce and a little salt to stir-fry evenly until cooked.
4. Serve.
Sweet and Sour Pork with Asparagus
Ingredients: Pork, asparagus, red chili peppers, scallions, ginger, garlic cloves, soy sauce, cornstarch, edible oil, salt, sugar
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the asparagus into shreds, cut the pork into shreds, red chili peppers wash clean cut into shreds, garlic cloves chop, ginger slice, scallions chopped, starch.
2. Add pork shreds with a little cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, edible oil to mix well, marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork shreds until changed color and remove.
