Put the pork slab oil into a pot, add a bowl of cool water, cover the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, after boiling, stir and drain the water, the oil will come out, fry until the color becomes darker, then use a small fire to slowly cook
5 Continue to cook until it turns coffee color, then scoop it out. Add all the chopped green onions and other ingredients to it, drain the water, and cook over a small fire until it becomes slightly browned
