Don't Directly Boil Quail Eggs Anymore - Discover a New World of Flavor
Hello everyone, I'm Doraemon. This article recommends a new way to make quail eggs! In the past, small quail eggs were mostly cooked by boiling. Although it's pretty good to eat one by one, eating too much can be a bit greasy. Today's recipe is simple and delicious!
Ingredients:
- 350g quail eggs
- Ginger, a little
- Cilantro, a little
Seasonings
- A: Clove, star anise, fennel, cardamom, white bark each a little
- B: Sugar, sesame oil, salt, MSG as needed
To taste delicious quail eggs, you can't miss the spices~
Instructions are as follows:
Wash the quail eggs, boil them until cooked, then take them out and cool them under cold water to peel them, set aside.
Bring a pot of fire, add an appropriate amount of water and boil, then sequentially add A spices, after boiling, add B seasonings, and finally put the peeled quail eggs in to cook together.
After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. The exact time depends on the number of quail eggs you're preparing. If you follow my recipe, 15 minutes is enough. Don't rush to take the pot off the heat after turning it off; let the quail eggs continue to steam in the pot for a few minutes before lifting the lid to cool.
Finally, take out the quail eggs, arrange them on a plate, brush with a layer of sesame oil, and garnish with spices and cilantro. A beautiful and delicious fragrance-infused quail egg is ready!
