Geese Fly North: Dezhou Dingdong Water Reservoir Welcomes Large Numbers of Wild White Geese Resting and Resting

Each elegant swan would leisurely stroll on the water's surface, stretch its neck to groom its feathers, occasionally crane its neck to sing towards the sky, and sometimes fly in groups of three or five.The graceful swans blended seamlessly with the shimmering waters,

Dezhou Dingdong Water Reservoir Operation and Maintenance Center staff member Liu Mong told reporters: ‘We discovered these over ten white swans during a routine inspection. During the spring and autumn seasons, these secondary-level protected animals, white swans, will pass through this area to rest, approximately three to four days, and then fly north.’The Dingdong Water Reservoir is located in Dingzhuang Town, Lingcheng District, Dezhou, with a total area of 8.51 square kilometers and a water surface area of 7 square kilometers, with a total storage capacity of 52.6 million cubic meters and a regulation storage capacity of 100 million cubic meters. In recent years, Dingdong Water Reservoir’s natural landscape has been continuously upgraded, with 100,000 trees planted around the dam, and 60,000 cherry blossoms, five-pointed maples, and durantas planted in the reservoir area and green sightseeing areas, with lush forest cover and beautiful scenery around the dam and fresh air,
