Yingchuan Shan Zhuang Cultural Park

2009-8-26

Yingchuan Shan Zhuang Culture Park is located in Wugun Village, Xiwu Town, Beiluo City, approximately 16 kilometers north of Beiluo City. It is situated at the head of Woyang River, nestled between Danyang Mountain, Lion Peak, Elephant Mountain and Phoenix Mountain. Yingchuan Shan Zhuang is an independent project undertaken by Chen's daughter-in-law, Huang Hengrong, with the care and support of the third-level leadership of Xiwu Town and Beiluo City. It is Beiluo's first patriotic education base built on her own investment on a slope near her house (formerly the site of the Huhehui Conference) – Yingchuan Shan Zhuang. The area covers an area of over 1800 square meters. Entering the main gate of the Zhuang, you can see flying dragons and phoenixes on both sides, as if welcoming visitors. Throughout the park, there are fragrant flowers and bamboo, creating a refreshing and pleasant atmosphere. The park features a variety of small and novel building designs, whether imposing and majestic pagodas, simple and glazed tile roofs, or ceramic-decorated murals, gateway couplets, and pavilions and towers hidden among flowers and clusters, all exhibit their elegance, beauty, grandeur and splendor, making visitors long to return. The park was planned and constructed in 2001, and a grand opening ceremony was held on January 12, 2004. Yingchuan Shan Zhuang has 16 exhibition halls, including 'Chinese Famous Person Profiles', 'Chinese Revolutionary Struggle History', 'Beiluo Revolutionary Struggle History', 'Revolutionary Old District 'Huhehui Conference Site'', 'Bolishe Uprising'', 'Li Mingrui Profile'', 'Yulin Historical Figures'', 'Proverbs and Sayings', 'Tang Poetry, Song Poetry, Yuan Opera'', 'Chinese Traditional Virtues'', and 'Rare Books and Archives'. There are also proverbs and sayings engraved or written on the inside of the entrance corridor and in pavilions – integrating education, culture and entertainment into the visit and recreation.
