Human's most beautiful March day, don't waste the good time of spring. Flocks of white pelicans take off and soar freely, with clear and crisp bird songs accompanied by the murmur of flowing water, creating a spring symphony in the vibrant Green Source. On March 15th, the Qishan Scenic Area was bustling with people, lively and vibrant, as an unprecedented high-altitude fitness activity unfolded, breathing new life into the long-silent green mountains and clear waters at the auspicious time of spring flowers blooming. Jin Sujun, secretary of the Xin Yuan County Party Committee, and Xu Jilian, county magistrate, delivered heartfelt endorsements, inviting tourists from all over the country to climb, ride, admire flowers, and observe birds, to share the beauty of the peach blossoms in Green Source.

During the event, three tourism-themed wildflower routes were launched, and a call for action was issued to celebrate International Consumer Rights Day on March 15th, urging all cadres and masses to promote tourism, participate in fitness activities, lead by example in market consumption, protect forests and prevent fires, and take on their responsibilities. This ‘restarted’ normal production and life order, ‘fast-forwarded’ economic and social development, ‘accelerated’ the recovery of rural tourism, embark on an emotionally stirring trek, and enjoy a refreshing health journey.

After the ceremony, a team led by Jin Sujun, Xu Jilian, Wang Hongbin, and Ma Jianfeng, comprising the four county-level leadership and representatives from various units, townships, scenic areas, and travel agencies, marched towards Qishan Mountain, traversing the glass bridge, climbing the winding paths, and traveling with nature, enjoying the good weather and fragrant flowers and birds. They also had a conversation with Qin Gao, a faraway connection to the magnificent scene of the carp leaping into the sea, and listened to the serene harmony of the zither. Along the way, the trees were shaded, lush and dense, with the sound of pines rustling, breathtakingly beautiful.

In addition, many enthusiastic onlookers also came. ‘Little Book Boy’ in Hanfu posed with a statue of Qin Gao, reciting poetry and prose with a confused expression; ‘Internet Celebrity Influencers’ danced, sharing the joy of spring with netizens thousands of miles away through their mobile phones. Photography enthusiasts carried long cameras and short lenses to capture the beauty of spring; excitement filled the glass bridge with joyful screams, creating a vibrant and thriving spring scene.

At the same time, a team of bicycle enthusiasts, the ‘Spring Breeze Journey’, set off from Qishan Scenic Area, chasing the spring wind and embracing the sunlight. The ‘regulars’ black stork and white pelican in the Xin River seemed to sense the warmth and took to the air, vying for supremacy, painting a picture of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.

This spring trekking activity sounded the horn for Green Source’s revival and stimulated the vitality of rural tourism. The three tourism-themed wildflower routes offer experiences at places like Hei Yu, Wu Longchuan, and other health resorts, as well as Lingkongshan and Bodhi Temple for listening to Zen and chanting. They also visit the Yuan area and Guan Tan to appreciate the pastoral scenery, experiencing the good spring light in the ocean of forests, the world of flowers, and the heaven of birds.
