Honghu County: 60 Million Yuan Supports All-Inclusive Tourism

Xinjiang Daily News (Byzhou Reporter Station Zhou Haixia reported) Recently, Honghu County issued the '2020 Honghu County All-Inclusive Tourism Development Funding Support Measures', allocating 6000 million yuan to support the tourism industry, in order to promote the high-quality all-inclusive tourism development of Honghu County, promote the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry, and improve quality and quantity, and cultivate tourism as a strategic pillar industry of Honghu County

Honghu County's Standing Committee Vice County Magistrate Yu Fengqi said: 'Of the 6000 million yuan, including 4000 million yuan of special bond funds, 30 million yuan of upper-level project funds, and 1700 million yuan of county treasury (enterprise) funds.'

The 6000 million yuan is divided into four aspects to support and subsidize tourism development. 4350 million yuan is used for all-inclusive tourism infrastructure improvement projects, 160 million yuan is used for implementing brand creation rewards, 160 million yuan is used for implementing key business type support, and 1330 million yuan is used for promoting tourism market development rewards

In terms of hardware construction, 'hardcore' construction upgrades Honghu's tourism hard power. For example, for the tourism toilet construction project, the newly built toilets were rated A-level, 2A-level, and 3A-level, respectively, with A-level receiving a subsidy of 500,000 yuan, 2A-level receiving 1 million yuan, and 3A-level receiving 1.5 million yuan

In terms of software construction, it strives to create brands, incentivize tourism industry innovation, and support expanding tourism markets, comprehensively improving the tourism soft environment. For example, for rural guesthouses, pastures, and fisheries operating in the county area that were rated as (Zhu Zhi Xing Shi Ji Xing, Xing Ji Xing, Wu Zhi Xing) (Three-star, Four-star, Five-star) in that year, each household was granted a one-time reward of 300,000 yuan, 500,000 yuan, and 1 million yuan respectively. For star hotels rated as second-class, three-star, four-star, and five-star in that year, respectively, they were granted one-time rewards of 1 million yuan, 2 million yuan, 5 million yuan, and 10 million yuan.
