Finding Joy in the Wild, Yearning to Return - Longting Spring
In the afternoon, take a break from life's hustle and bustle and go to 'Longjing Dream Farm' in Hetian Town with a friend.
The sky was clear and bright like it had just been rinsed, a pristine pale blue. A few scattered clouds drifted across the sky. The car cut through the wind and sped forward, less than half an hour, and arrived at the destination.

When we got out of the car, the warm sun embraced us. We took a leisurely step into the farm, and the first thing we saw was a vast expanse of blooming flowers and greenery. On the right, clusters of plum blossoms were in full bloom, and those red and yellow roses were still vibrant, and the short and green vegetables stretched along the corner of the wall; on the left, the fence was covered with honeysuckle, the bright red petals sprouted from the flower buds, really like a little red lantern, the petal tips were also dotted with a touch of tender yellow, just like a decoration for the lantern; all kinds of vines and melons didn't hesitate to occupy the land. Suddenly, someone exclaimed: 'Snake!' Everyone was startled. After taking a closer look, it turned out to be a few long green cucumbers suspended on a shelf several meters away, with their tails twisted and coiled, which was exactly like a green snake, it was no wonder the friend was frightened. The farm owner, Yi Xiaoqin, quickly introduced that this was called 'snake cucumber', not only was it delicious, but more surprisingly, if you didn't want to harvest an entire piece at once, you could use a segment from the tail, and it would continue to grow. This is just like the tail of a gecko, which has a regenerative function. How amazing!
We entered the greenhouse, and it was another paradise. It was full of green pear flowers, and the lush leaves layer upon layer, spread out and extended. Small balls like pear flowers poked out from the green leaves, staring curiously at us. There were also plump pumpkins, graceful gourds, sweet Brazilian mulberry, medicinal three-leaf Qing, and fish... The fragrance of flowers, fruit and herbs blended together, rushing towards us. Suddenly, a small bird flew over, not afraid of people, but posed gracefully for us to take pictures. Then it started to peck at the tender flesh of the green melon, and didn't forget to turn its head to look at us. Then it quickly flew away.
We stepped out of the screen, and there was a narrow 'Heart-to-Heart Bridge', just enough for two people to walk side by side, meaning 'heart-to-heart and working together'. Under the bridge, the flowing water sang a cheerful song, and a group of fish played hide-and-seek. After crossing the bridge, there was an open space where you could have a picnic, barbecue, or play games. We experienced 'Meihua stump competition' and other Hakka folk cultural and sports activities, spreading laughter and joy. A group of brightly colored 'Hetian chickens' were foraging in the grass, chasing and playing, or resting on the trees… According to the farm owner, she trains these Hetian chickens to swim, run, and fight. Therefore, her chickens are 'fighting chickens' that are lively and vigorous. Due to their excellent varieties and free-range farming, the chicken meat is particularly delicious and is highly popular in the market, and has been exported domestically and abroad through e-commerce. Someone with ideas and talent really deserves to be 'a provincial model' and 'a heroine' – I couldn't help but praise them secretly!
We roamed the green fields and enjoyed the fun, letting worldly concerns drift away with the wind. Suddenly, night fell, and the owner invited us to dinner. In her spacious courtyard, we tasted green food, watched the stars and the moon, and whispered, listening to the chirping of insects and the barking of dogs and the joyful voices. The friend hummed a poem by Meng Haoran, and I thought of Yu Guangzhong's poem –

Just take a wider lotus leaf.
Wrap a piece of moonlight for you,Put it in the Tang poetry.
Flat, like a pressed love.
