Embrace the Transient, Find Equanimity; Sorrow and Reunion are the Foundations of Life
Heart is inherently unburdened; suffering arises from illusion and excessive attachment. The heart is without burden; it's because we can't let go of too much. Desire is like sand in hand; the more we grasp it, the more we lose. Gain and loss are relative; when we have something, we may be losing it; when we lose something, we might actually possess it. 'Letting go and accepting' is about letting go of delusion and embracing truth. Everything should be viewed with equanimity, approached with openness, and all things should be allowed to flow with fate, without being bound by gains and losses.
Life is but a single chance at birth and death, a cycle of reincarnation. Time may take away everyone's appearance, but it cannot erase the genuine emotions within. Even in your twilight years, with gray hair and a fading life, you still cannot sever that unbroken thread of affection – it's an unyielding sentiment.
Ordinary life comes and goes without notice, and the value of life lies in its role. No one's life is constantly filled with happiness and pleasure; there will always be some pain that torments our souls. We can choose to quiet our minds and gradually dissipate these pains.
Give yourself a simple life, blossoming silently like a flower, without seeking vanity or envious glances, simply for the sweet affections to linger in your heart; give yourself a river, allowing the flow of life to come and go. If life is a long journey, please grant me a path illuminated by starlight, to light up this long and dark road. If guardianship is a heartfelt commitment, please give me an unchanging promise for a thousand years.
People who can please everyone appear good to others, but no one truly likes them. Those who are modest don't get along with anyone, but everyone holds him in their hearts. People who can please everyone need to navigate various complexities, so they become very complex themselves; the more complex a person is, the more tired they become. Those who are modest only need to exist in their own quiet world, so they live simply and happily. Complexity will always be surpassed by simplicity.

The most important thing in life is to maintain a positive mindset, facing all circumstances with optimism, not being arrogant when successful, not losing hope when failing, enduring the vicissitudes of life, and remaining serene.
People inevitably grow old; this is a must and a certainty. We start at a single point and move, radiate, and eventually return to the same point. Living is the theme of going from one point to another. Some things, when understood clearly, become boring. Even Buddha said that people shouldn't be overly meticulous, and things shouldn't be done to the extreme; anything done to the extreme will inevitably lead to an untimely end. Sometimes, it's enough to be vaguely aware of things, which is the way to go. If you think too much, it's tiring for you, for you, and for your heart.
The sun is cool, the strings are cool, the wind is wanton, and the world is chaotic. Is it a dream that awakens us, dissipating the past; or is it the rain stopping and parting ways, the red beans turning cold and forgetting? We can't speak of unrequited love, only concealing it in our hearts. I'm still waiting for you, while you've already forgotten you ever came here. Even beautiful plots are just performances, beautiful songs are just melodies, let go of the characters in the drama, exit the sorrowful melodies.
Walking alone on the vast road, with many reflections; half is longing, half is sorrow. A flower and a world, a leaf and a pursuit, a song and a sigh, a lifetime for one person.
