Happiness is the joy of the heart; happiness is the satisfaction of the heart

People only have one life, don't overdemand, and don't harbor too many expectations. If we've struggled to achieve something and still haven't succeeded, we should think this way: since heaven doesn't favor me, doesn't allow me to stand out, and doesn't let me excel, why should I force myself? Others achieve fame and fortune, and I remain ordinary. We can comfort ourselves by saying: what was meant to be, will eventually come; what wasn't meant to be, cannot be obtained through effort.

Life has no despair, only things that are difficult to understand. Happiness is the joy of the heart, and contentment is the satisfaction of the heart. Don't compare yourself to others, and don't dwell on your own shortcomings. Life isn't a lavish banquet of material possessions; it's a cultivation of the soul!

Be a person with a sunny heart – unburdened by sadness, patient, strong, and open to the sunlight. You don't need excessive praise from others because you know yourself well. Inner strength always triumphs over superficial beauty.
Looking up at the sky is a direction; looking down at the road is a clarity. Looking up to do things is courage; looking down to be a person is a sense of propriety. Looking up with a smile is a mindset; looking down at flowers is wisdom. In adversity, looking up is resilience; in prosperity, looking down is composure. When humble, looking up is backbone; when high, looking down is humility. When lost, looking up is confidence; when right, looking down is tolerance.
