Is workout clothing fit properly? Here's what you need to know
Some people say workout clothes aren't really useful, and that's where my confusion comes in. Do I really need to wear a regular cotton T-shirt to the gym? I've even seen people wearing shirts to the gym, even as beginners, but it just doesn't match the environment at all.

The Importance of Outfit and Environment
Let me give you a simple example: if you were going to be a groomsman, what would you choose? A shirt and suit, right? You wouldn't think of wearing workout clothes as a groomsman, would you? It's just not the right fit.

So, when it comes to working out, you definitely need to wear professional workout clothes. This isn't just about style; the material difference is much greater too.
Let's say a regular cotton shirt, if repeatedly exposed to sweat and then washed, the fabric's shape and durability will accelerate its degradation. Therefore, it's not suitable for a workout environment. Professional workout clothes use materials with elasticity. As for how much elasticity you need, it depends on your individual needs.
Some people prefer looser styles, while others like the feeling of being tightly pressed. You can actually fulfill both needs with the same garment—you just need to choose the right size. However, too much elasticity isn't good either. Plus, overly stretchy workout clothes can accentuate excess fat on your body, which isn't flattering.

As a casual weekend enthusiast, many people have a body fat percentage around 10% or so. So, when choosing workout clothes, you should first understand their elasticity. Don't be swayed by models wearing them stylishly.
Details matter. For example, if the sleeves of a short-sleeved T-shirt are too tight, you should be cautious. The elasticity might be very high, and when you wear it, does it suddenly expose your belly fat? That's not a good look.
However, not everything is absolute. Observing the sleeves isn't always accurate. We can also observe by looking at the appearance of the chest muscles and abdomen. Some workout clothes are tight on the sleeves and chest, but loose in the abdomen.
I think if your body fat is around 20%, almost any workout clothes can work. Although you can wear higher body fat clothes, you might need to maintain an abdominal posture.
On the other hand, to select a stylish and high-quality workout clothes, the design details are very important. We all know that workout clothes usually focus on breathability and decoration. But personally, I think letters are always a trendy representation.
For example, the effect of hot-pressed gel is very good. It's much better than the flat-printed ordinary pattern.

Even from a distance, in indoor and outdoor light, its reflective effect is more prominent.

I appreciate its simplicity and the 3D printing design, combined with my muscular form. It looks very cool!
That's all for this sharing. What do you think about workout clothes? Welcome to leave a comment and discuss.
