Don't Be Tamed by Ordinary Days
I.
Starting from this holiday, I will do abdominal and chest muscle training on the balcony every night at 9 PM.
A month ago, I couldn't even do five standard push-ups, but now I can complete several sets without changing my expression.
This achievement is not worth mentioning, but the contrast between persistent adherence before and after gave a feeling called 'satisfaction'.
My abdomen spasms and feels sore, and sweat constantly flows down my arms to the ground. My brain is quiet and firm, and I can't help but sigh, 'How much sweat do people with good figures exchange for their results?'
To be honest, I'm not exercising to lose weight.
It's purely for the sake of it.
You sweat, and it gives you dopamine pleasure.
It tells you 'persistence pays off' every time you're about to give up.
II.
In this era of expanding pressure and prohibitive housing prices, sometimes 'persistence' seems ridiculous.
But the philosophy of life is precisely hidden in these most natural and simple places.
When you quiet your mind and do something you love, something good for you, without asking about the results.
You are making yourself rebellious.
Most people have their own passions, but the difficulty lies in quietly and diligently doing one thing.
In most celebrity interviews, the host will ask, 'What do you think made you successful?'
Their answers, 'never give up'.
I think, if you really like something, don't always think about what impact it will have in the future. With persistence, changes will come within five years.
The difficulty lies in matching your thoughts with your actions.

III.
'Knowing and doing' is the simple philosophy I believe in.
Knowing without doing is not knowing; knowing and doing is knowing.
How much less troubled is life?
Integrate your ideas into life firmly.
What you want, when summer comes, it will come.
Good night!
