Shoulder pressing and extension are important when doing handstands from shoulder stands, as a slight feeling of difference is noticeable after just a few attempts.
I just did a few handstands, I used to not do any warm-up before handstands. Now my shoulders are injured,I did two sets of high and low handstands. One set I did a few, my shoulder hurt a bit, two sets I deliberately pressed 10 more, it felt a little better, it was uncomfortable before. Shoulder stretching is important.
