Share Your Breakfasts: Lose 5 Pounds with a Good Breakfast!

As of April, how have your breakfasts been? Throughout March, I've been battling to lose weight, and I've lost 5 pounds in a month. Although the results aren't great, I'm satisfied. For ordinary people who want to lose weight without feeling too deprived, it's important to take it slow. And my experience tells me that to lose weight, breakfast should be well-prepared!

Eating a more substantial breakfast can increase your sense of satisfaction with food, which in turn reduces the desire to eat at lunchtime and dinnertime. This reduces the amount you eat at lunchtime and dinnertime. Persist for a while, and your appetite will naturally decrease. Therefore, a good breakfast is very important for weight loss!

On March 18th, purple sweet potato bean milk, sesame salt flower bun, oil dough fritter, boiled eggs, cold mixed vegetables

Purple sweet potato bean milk is a particularly recommended breakfast item. It's rich in protein, has a delicate and sweet taste, and looks beautiful. Paired with two small flower buns, a white boiled egg, and some cold mixed vegetables, it's quite satisfying, but remember to chew slowly!

On March 19th: Goji berry bean milk, seaweed rice balls, blanched heart green vegetables, boiled eggs.

Goji berries and soybeans combined to make bean milk have a good taste, paired with low-fat grilled chicken breast, and some blanched heart green vegetables. Because I wanted to eat seaweed rice balls, I only ate half an egg. Overall, this meal was quite a lot, so I correspondingly reduced the amount at lunchtime and dinnertime.

On March 20th: Milk oatmeal porridge, beef fried buns, purple yam sweet potato balls, cucumber with tofu skin, tea eggs.

Milk oatmeal porridge has a good satiety effect, adding nuts makes it even more delicious. Cucumber and tofu skin are both healthy and low-fat ingredients. Cold mixed vegetables are refreshing and appetizing. A good breakfast with a bowl of oatmeal is great!

On March 21st: Black sesame bean milk, rice mountain yam steamed cake, vegetable shrimp diced platter.

Black sesame and soaked soybeans mashed into bean milk is nutritious, paired with some blanched vegetables, a small piece of steamed cake to satisfy cravings.

On March 22nd: Pear bean milk, purple sweet potato cake, cucumber with dried mushrooms, grilled chicken.

Beverages are still bean milk. Purple sweet potato cake is made with purple sweet potato puree and milk, eggs, and has a good taste. Cucumber and dried mushrooms are healthy and low-fat ingredients. Cold mixed vegetables are refreshing and appetizing.

On March 23rd: Red date mountain yam corn cobs porridge, grilled sausage, blanched vegetables, boiled eggs.

A bowl of porridge, because the porridge contains mountain yam, it didn't have noodles, blanched vegetables were added, a grilled sausage was a half, to satisfy cravings.

On March 24th: Lotus root bean milk, pork and vegetable potstickers, cold mixed vegetables, steamed yam, steamed sweet potato.

Continue with bean milk, this time lotus root chunks and soaked yellow beans were added to make bean milk, which is good to make in the future. Cold mixed vegetables when mixing should not add too much salt. Steaming yam and steamed sweet potato are good staples, which can replace rice or noodles.

On March 25th: Xiaomi quinoa red sweet potato porridge, blanched autumn vegetables, boiled eggs;

Sweet potato porridge, cooked a little thick, this sweet potato is particularly sweet, steaming also tastes good. Boiled egg topped with a little soy sauce, is even more delicious. Autumn vegetables are cut in half, drizzled with a little soy sauce.

On March 26th: Lotus seed black bean bean milk, all-wheat pocket buns with vegetable sauce, wood ear mushrooms.

Lotus seeds and black beans combined to make bean milk is great for people who often eat breakfast. If you make noodles, it's best to use whole wheat flour. My pocket buns are made with whole wheat flour. They are sandwiched with sauce beef and some vegetables. It's very delicious and doesn't easily gain weight.

On March 27th: Goji berry lotus root bean milk, pumpkin carrot egg pancakes, cold mixed vegetables;

A bowl of bean milk, with goji berries, lotus root, and soybeans. One breakfast pancake, with carrots, pumpkins, eggs, and flour. It looks simple but has a lot of ingredients.

On March 28th: Goji red date jujube walnut rice bean milk, tomato meat sauce pizza, tofu skin wood ear mushrooms, sauce beef, apple slices;

Today's meal looks a little a lot, but each quantity is not very large, sauce beef and tofu skin are only thin slices, but these foods are arranged on the plate, which looks very satisfying.

On March 30th: Seven Treasure Porridge, boiled eggs, cold mixed tofu silk braised beef.

Seven Treasure Porridge contains red beans, lotus seeds, baihe, red dates, chestnuts, glutinous rice, and cooked sticky rice. It's very delicious. There's porridge, so you don't need to have noodles. Boil an egg, and you can have cold mixed tofu silk.

On March 31st: Purple sweet potato bean milk, bread, grilled chicken breast, boiled eggs, watercress.

March's last breakfast is to end with purple sweet potato bean milk. I made my own bread, without oil and low sugar, which is healthier than buying it. Paired with chicken breast, boiled eggs, and watercress, ensuring nutrition.


March has ended, but the slimming journey continues. Eating breakfast a lot doesn't have any bad effect on weight loss, because breakfast is finished, and there is a whole day to consume. But if you eat a lot at dinner, there is not much time to consume, so let's put the favorite food in the morning and eat less at night to slowly lose weight.
