In January 2019, my weight was 72 kilograms. Now my weight is 63 kilograms.

Before starting to run, I was also confused by this problem. Running improves endurance and lowers three highs, especially sweating, which helps prevent gout symptoms. However, losing belly fat is a bit questionable. When I started running, it was because my friends one by one were being tormented by gout, with swollen feet and excruciating pain, their shoes wouldn't fit. It scared me to the core. I often talked about this cause with them, most people said it was caused by eating too much, leading to nutritional excess and insufficient sweating. They also knew they needed to sweat regularly and exercise. But they avoided it for all kinds of reasons, continued eating when they didn't have symptoms, and sighed when they did, regretting it when they looked back.

The time has passed, and one day I suddenly realized they didn't exercise because they had their own excuses. Why didn't I exercise? We don't have anything here except time. It's up to fourteen hours a day, and the pace of life is slow. When I regret it, I just sigh. Therefore, I decisively bought a treadmill and made a schedule, locking in my running time. At first, I was lazy and ran for only a week, without a systematic approach, and I didn't feel much sweating or any changes in my body. I began to doubt running, so I researched and learned from experience that running time must be maintained for at least thirty minutes, with a running distance of 5-6 kilometers. The first few times I ran were exhausting, and I couldn't even reach it, my legs were sore and I was shaking with every step. Nevertheless, I continued to run for 30 days, and I suddenly felt no leg discomfort, but the mileage was still a gap. Every time I finished, I wiped my face with a towel and it became wet.

In the second month, I clearly felt changes in my body. My belly was noticeably smaller, and my mental state was very good. My walking frequency was also faster than my friends' natural pace. I kept walking and they fell behind.

I continued to run for eight months, and my belly disappeared. Looking back now, running is overall slimming. Unconsciously, I realized that every part of my body was changing, from the inside out, promoting blood circulation and improving metabolism. The three highs were naturally far away, and the fear of gout disappeared. My appearance also quietly improved. Before, I was generally overweight all over, and I didn't feel comfortable anywhere. Now, I feel very comfortable.

I accomplished what others thought was impossible and persisted. I didn't give up and changed my life through my own efforts.
