- Kneel on the mat, both knees together, both feet open to the sides, the soles of the feet pressing against the ground,
- The hips are seated between the two knees, the hands naturally resting on the two knees,
- Close your eyes, take a few breaths,

- On the basis of Golden Seat, extend both legs straight, shake both legs, move the ankles,
- Adjust the pelvic muscles and spine,
- The feet open to the sides as much as possible, the soles of the feet relaxed,
- Inhale, spinal extension, exhale, the body leans forward to the extent of yourself,
- Maintain for 3-5 minutes,
This action almost is to unclog the liver meridian, stretching the inner side of the legs, uncloging the longest route of the liver meridian,

- On the previous step, bend the left knee to bring the left calf back, the sole of the left foot placed on the right thigh inside,
- Inhale, both hands extend to the side,
- Exhale, the arm brings the body to bend to the right, the eyes look in the direction of the right arm,
- Maintain for about 30 seconds on the opposite side,
Stretch the inner side of the leg, expand the chest, uncloging the upper body of the liver meridian,

- On the previous step, on the mat lying down,
- Bend the knees, the feet are in front of the body, the hands are naturally placed on both sides of the body,
- Maintain for 3-5 minutes,
- This action is mainly to open the pelvic area and the pubic bone joint area, as seen in the above liver meridian route, the opening of the pelvic area can not only detoxify and maintain the bone pelvis and urinary system, but also unclog the meridian passing through this area.

Bend the knees, the thighs close to the abdomen, both hands hold the knees,
Forward and backward roll underneath, then sit on the mat,
- Extend the legs straight, bend the left knee, the sole of the left foot placed on the right thigh outside,
- Inhale, both hands extend to the side,
- Exhale, the arm brings the body to rotate left, the right hand grabs the left knee, the left hand placed on the back to support the ground, the eyes look in the direction of the left shoulder,
- Maintain for 3-5 breathing groups on the opposite side,
- First, this action can shrink the hip, because a series of hip joint external expansion and rotation actions have been done, and this action is the internal rotation and contraction of the hip joint, which can balance the hip joint. Secondly, this action is a twisting action, which can further stimulate the intestinal tract and the upper part of the liver meridian.

- Sitting on the mat, the hips are sitting on the heels, both hands grasp the heels of the feet,
Inhale extending, exhale the body leans forward,
The forehead touches the ground, the hips lift up, the forehead rolls forward along the mat to the top of the head, maintain a breath, then roll back to the original position, the hips return to the heels,
Do 3-5 groups,
Stimulate the forehead and top of the head liver meridian,
