Recommended a Very Suitable Healthy Meal for Muscle Gain and Fat Loss! Let's Do It Together with the Factory Owner

Let me first share the large, healthy meal I made a few days ago (various braised ingredients).

60 whole braised chicken legs / 30 braised eggs / 30 braised quail eggs

Today I’m going to recommend healthy meals that are very suitable for fitness enthusiasts – various braised ingredients!

Braised ingredients are not only delicious but also healthy (high in protein, low in fat, and basically oil-free). You can also make a large amount at once and divide them into many portions to store in the refrigerator (seven days for refrigeration, half a month for freezing). When you’re hungry, you can quickly reheat them in a microwave or steam them.

I not only use these various braised ingredients to make my own fitness meals, but I often bring them to my Guangzhou fitness studio for my private students. I have a refrigerator, microwave, and steamer in the studio, used before and after workouts to supplement protein, build muscle, and reduce fat – it’s simply perfect!

Besides these, ingredients like tofu, tofu skin, pig trotters, duck paws, and duck necks are all great to braise!
