Hot Iron Fitness ‘Melting’ City, Redesigning the DNA of Sports Brands
Hot Iron Fitness launches a new sports concept, creating a flagship club in Shenzhen's Qiuchangwan featuring world-class equipment experience. This design leverages commercial growth potential and consumer value, maximizing human experience as the most positive driving factor, redefining traditional fitness spaces with a symbolic stacking of 'turbidity'.
▼Design Overview
How to design a venue that creates a vibrant fitness space. PONE uses 'Brand DNA Evolution' as a concept, annotating and understanding the inner drive of fitness enthusiasts, embarking on a pioneering sports, inspiration, concept, and expansion.
▼Ignite the Fitness Inspiration, is the Core 'DNA' of the Fitness Space
Merge: a state, as a sensing gap. Amidst the direct commercial trend, providing a pure and multi-meaning fragment. The erosion and decomposition it translates is precisely what a machine movement seeks in terms of 'emotional progression'. 'Hot Merge' is the state of energy release, 'Iron' is the state of forging.
▼Entrance Space
The design reconstructs individuals' chemical reactions within the fitness experience chain, restoring physical space and individuals' subconscious 'sensing summons'. Brand DNA's innovation is not a simple vertical stacking and superficial visual transmission, but a peeling away to uncover the essence through an experience rebirth. It's a topological activation and thinking for future consumer value commercial real estate prototypes.
▼Space Elements
01. Matter and Buoyancy
How to define the 'domain' of the site, is a key design consideration for the front hall. Two different stone nests form a reception desk, physically 'entropy melt' characteristics are solidified and symbolized, extracting the state of entering the space from the inside out. Protruding the main body from the inside, 'buoyancy' is injected with a dramatic 'sense of weightlessness', opening the prelude of the venue.
Rock, metal, light, and water. Four materials create subtle tactile, sensory, and visual effects, nurturing and preserving. As a spatial index of raw materials, 'sensing' arises from within.

02. Light and Stripping
The open equipment area, gravity zone, and track, using yellow light as a clue to cut the venue's wall and ceiling with the wall, the offset metal sheet, from the complete to show 'stripping' state and superimposed with light. 'Light substitution' connects the blood of motion and injects the venue, stimulating and flowing.
▼Offset metal sheets and superimposed with light
From 'stripping' to 'initial merge', the body's physical function is completely freed from the mechanical movement mode of receiving a single command, with a higher-level perception. Function and sensation, from 'chain reaction' aggregate into 'multi-tactile' response, achieving the perfect fit.

03. Dark Surge
Staircase point-like undulating device: As a transportation hub and movement line index in the upper and lower layers, it is considered the heart of the space, and also the place of energy transmission and transformation. An equidistant particle system and LED lighting sequence are programmed, carrying a new functional interface definition, simulating 'physical dynamics' and 'light field movement' parallel intersections. The undulating 'dark flow' rises.

04. Acoustic Force Field
270° giant screen immersive future riding space: Continuously breaking out, attempting to break the rectangular structure's 'stagnation' feeling. 67 irregular undulating, opposing and contrasting, light as 'force penetration', splits the space integrating into the emotional movement's progressive expansion, forming a multi-angle diffuse reflection, 'homogeneous' integrated 'acoustic force field'.

05. Water Life Carrier
800 square meters of transparent acrylic pool, natural sunlight and water mixed refraction of life tension. The pool area and running area generate 'traction' behavior connection – or merge, or distinguish, the scene's interior and exterior, using this to expand the concept of 'embedded landscape' in the lower layer.
Two different sporting performances, 'fluid body' and 'equipment strength' display, different composite experiences and parallel plasticity with surrounding districts generate commonality. This continuously evolving organic system constitutes an interesting 'boundary exchange' or penetration.

The evolved Hot Iron Fitness space is not only a place of fitness, but the life force that emerges from it, relying on the subconscious 'trigger' of the experience. 'Replacement, restoration, traction, reconstruction' PONE prioritizes the experience as the cornerstone, highlighting the individual's 'self-evolving' from physical function activation and potential release to life tension.
