Two-Week Breakfast Menu Sharing, Nutritious and Not Gain Weight, The More You Eat, the More You Lose Weight, Isn't That Great?

As of April, how have your breakfasts been? I've been battling with weight loss for the whole of March, and I've lost 5 pounds in a month. Although the results aren't great, I'm satisfied. For ordinary people who want to lose weight without being too strict with their stomachs, it's important to take it slow. And my experience tells me that to lose weight, breakfast should be more substantial!

A substantial breakfast can increase your sense of satisfaction with food, which in turn reduces your cravings for food at noon and night. This will reduce your lunch and dinner intake, and if you persist for a while, your appetite will gradually decrease. Therefore, a good breakfast is very important for weight loss! Let's take a look at what I've eaten for my two weeks of breakfast!

March 18th, Purple Sweet Potato Bean Milk, Sesame Salt Flower Bun, Oil Dough, Hard-Boiled Egg, Cold Mixed Vegetables

Purple sweet potato bean milk is one of my recommended breakfast dishes. It is rich in protein, has a delicate and sweet taste, and is also colorful. It pairs well with two small flower buns, one hard-boiled egg, and some cold mixed vegetables. It's still quite satisfying, but you need to chew slowly!

March 19th: Goji Berry Bean Milk, Purple Sweet Potato Rice Cake, Blanched Heart-of-Palm, Hard-Boiled Egg.

Goji berries and soybeans mixed together make a good bean milk. It pairs well with lean chicken breast and blanched heart-of-palm. Because I wanted to eat purple sweet potato rice cake, I only ate half an egg. Overall, this meal is a bit heavy, so I reduced the portion of lunch and dinner accordingly.

March 20th: Milk Oatmeal, Beef Fried Bun, Purple Yam Sweet Potato Ball, Cucumber with Bean Sprout, Tea Egg.

Milk oatmeal is very filling, and adding nuts makes it even more delicious. Cucumber and bean sprouts are both healthy and low-fat ingredients. Cold mixed vegetables are refreshing and appetizing. A good breakfast with oatmeal is great!

March 21st: Black Sesame Bean Milk, Rice Cake with Mountain Yam, Vegetables and Shrimp Meatballs.

Black sesame and soaked soybeans make a nutritious bean milk. It pairs well with blanched vegetables, and a small piece of rice cake to satisfy cravings.

March 22nd: Pear Bean Milk, Purple Sweet Potato Cake, Cucumber with Wood Ear Mushrooms, Grilled Chicken.

Bean milk again, purple sweet potato cake is made with purple sweet potato puree and milk, eggs, etc. It's pretty delicious. Cucumber and wood ear mushrooms are healthy and low-fat ingredients. Cold mixed vegetables are refreshing and appetizing.

March 23rd: Red Date Mountain Yam Corn Bran Porridge, Baked Chicken, Water Boiled Vegetables, Water Boiled Egg.

A porridge made with red date, mountain yam, and corn bran. Because corn bran is low in carbohydrates, I didn't make noodles. Vegetables are more abundant. Everything is water boiled, and grilled chicken is half a piece. It's a good way to satisfy cravings.

March 24th: Lotus Root Bean Milk, Pork Meat and Chive Fried Dumpling, Cold Mixed Vegetables, Steamed Sweet Potato, Steamed Yam.

Continue with bean milk, this time lotus root and soaked yellow soybeans are mixed together to make bean milk. It's delicious and I'll make it again later. Cold mixed vegetables should be seasoned with less salt. Steaming sweet potato and yam are good staples that can replace rice or noodles.

March 25th: Millet Quinoa Red Sweet Potato Porridge, Blanched Autumn Spinach, Hard-Boiled Egg

Sweet potato porridge, cooked thick, this kind of sweet potato is particularly sweet. It's also good to steam it. A hard-boiled egg topped with a little soy sauce is even tastier. Autumn spinach is cooked and cut in half, drizzled with a little soy sauce.

March 26th: Longan Black Bean Bean Milk, Whole Wheat Pocket Bun with Vegetable Sauce Beef, Wood Ear Mushrooms, Bean Sprout.

Longan and black beans mixed together make bean milk. It's a good option for people who eat breakfast regularly. During the fat-reducing period, making noodles is best with whole wheat flour. So my pocket buns are made with whole wheat flour. It pairs well with beef with vegetable sauce and some vegetables. It's particularly delicious and doesn't easily gain weight.

March 27th: Goji Berry Lotus Root Bean Milk, Cucumber and Carrot Egg Pancake, Cold Mixed Vegetables.

A bean milk with goji berries and lotus root, mixed with yellow beans. One breakfast bun, with carrots, cucumbers, eggs, and flour. Cold mixed vegetables contain beef with sauce, cucumber, peanuts, and bean curd skin. It looks simple but contains a lot of ingredients.

March 28th: Goji Berry Red Date Pomegranate Bran Porridge, Pizza with Tomato and Meat Sauce, Bean Sprout with Bean Curd Skin Wood Ear Mushrooms, Beef with Sauce, Apple Slices.

Today's meal looks a bit rich, but each portion isn't very large. Beef with sauce and bean curd skin are only thin slices, but these foods are arranged on a plate, which looks very satisfying.

March 30th: Seven Treasure Porridge, Hard-Boiled Egg, Cold Mixed Vegetable Tofu Skin Braised.

Seven treasure porridge contains red beans, longans, lilies, dried dates, peas, glutinous rice, and rice. It's sticky and delicious. It doesn't need to be paired with noodles, so have a hard-boiled egg and cold tofu skin.

March 31st: Purple Sweet Potato Bean Milk, Bread, Fried Chicken Breast, Water Boiled Spinach, Fried Egg.

The last breakfast of March ends with purple sweet potato bean milk. Homemade whole wheat bread with no oil and low sugar is healthier than bought bread. It pairs well with chicken breast, fried egg, and water boiled spinach, ensuring a balanced diet.


March is over, but the weight loss journey continues. Eating a good breakfast doesn't hurt weight loss, because breakfast can consume the energy for the whole day, but if you eat a lot of dinner, there's not much energy to burn. So, let's put our favorite foods in the morning and eat less at night to slowly lose weight.
