Wash and Exercise
Let me introduce this to you:

Section 1: First, use hot water to rinse your head and body, then use medicated soap (not fragrant or luxurious soap) to wash your hair. Next, with your arms extended forward, grab your head and hair, brushing up and down 8 times. Afterwards, extend your arms and grab your head and hair on both sides of your forehead, brushing 8 times.
Section 2: Hold a good piece of soap-soaked cloth in your right hand, starting from the upper shoulder of your left arm, wipe downwards until you reach your forearm, then wipe upwards. Repeat this 8 times. Then, use your right hand to wipe your right arm from the shoulder down to the back of your hand, up and down 8 times. Afterwards, use the same method to wipe your right arm from the inside to the palm of your hand to the left shoulder, repeating this 8 times. Then, switch to your left hand to hold the cloth and use the same method to wipe your right arm from shoulder to palm, repeating this 8 times.
Section 3: Hold the cloth in your right hand and start from the top of your left leg, wipe down to the sole of your foot (if you can't reach the bottom of your calf, that's okay). Repeat this outwards and inwards 8 times. Then, switch to your left hand to hold the cloth and wipe your right leg from inside to outside and down to the sole of your foot, repeating this 8 times.
Section 4: Wipe the chest and abdomen. First, use the cloth in your right hand to wipe the chest and abdomen 8 times. Then, switch to your left hand to wipe the chest and abdomen 8 times.
Section 5: Hold the upper end of the cloth in your right hand and the lower end in your left hand, wipe up and down 8 times. Then, switch to your left hand to do the same up and down wipe on the back 8 times. Finally, hold both ends of the cloth with your left and right hands and pull it from the neck to the back, and then pull it downwards to wipe the buttocks and the lower part of your legs (both calves), repeating this 16 times from top to bottom and bottom to top.
The final section: Use nylon silk to wipe the palms of your feet and the edges of your feet, wiping it completely to your home. Why do you need to change to nylon silk to wipe your feet? Firstly, the foot area is small and uneven, and secondly, there are 'granular, flaky' skin and moisture on your feet.
This 'bathing and leisure' exercise mainly exercises the arm muscles, massages the chest and abdomen, and practices bending over, achieving the purpose of 'stomach muscle' shaping. You can get relaxation, happiness, and fitness during bathing, which is a joy!
