Action Function
This action is a dynamic stretch for the hamstring and gastrocnemius muscle, aiming to actively pull on them.
Exercise Steps
1. The starting position is a basic standing posture facing the moving direction;
2. During the exercise, the knees are brought together, the back side is bent to support, the front leg is extended, and the ankle is kept dorsiflexed (pointed foot), while bending forward with the arms trying to touch the toes of the front leg, to pull on the hamstring and gastrocnemius muscle of the front leg;
3. Stand up and walk forward three steps, change legs;
4. Alternate between both legs, 4 repetitions on each side.
