Cooking steps

Cooking tips
⒈ Don’t put the freshly steamed full-wheat steamed bun into a plate directly, you need to put it upside down on the cutting board first to let the steam evaporate completely, then turn it over and put it in the plate to eat, so as not to cause the bottom to collapse.
⒉ The ratio of whole wheat flour to yeast powder is 500:5, and for every increase of 100g, add 1g of yeast powder. If you make it according to this ratio, when melting the yeast, use water below 30°C, the temperature cannot be too high, otherwise it’s easy to kill the yeast powder, which will lose its activity.
