Delicious Chicken Thigh Rice Bowls - 0 Failures - Easy and Simple
Ingredients: 2 Chicken Legs (as shown in the picture, one leg per person) , Broccoli, Carrot
Secret Sauce: 1 spoonful of White Pepper, 1 spoonful of Soy Sauce (I personally prefer White Pepper haha), 1 spoonful of Tomato Paste, 1/2 spoon of Honey, and 1/2 cup of Water. Mix well
Secret Sauce: 1 spoon of Salt, 1 spoon of Thirteen Spice, 1 spoon of Pepper, 1 spoon of Cooking Wine, and 1 spoon of Oil. Mix well. Marinate the meat overnight
Instructions: Heat oil in a pot. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry until golden brown on both sides (the neighbor's kids were so envious ������). Pour in the sauce and wait until the sauce thickens. Remove the chicken legs. Blanch the broccoli and carrots, and arrange them on a plate. Drizzle with the sauce, and it's ready to eat!
