Training

In addition to her regular weightlifting program, Izabelly sometimes incorporates sprint runs to train her muscles. Sprint runs not only burn fat quickly but also activate deeper muscle fibers in her legs, which are often not activated through regular weightlifting. Typically, she does short runs twice a week. One is for recovery, and the other is for muscle training. For example, on Wednesdays, she does short sprints. She will perform 3 sprints of 100 meters with 2 minutes rest between each. This intensity isn't enough to cause any muscle tissue to collapse, but it increases her blood flow, which in turn speeds up muscle recovery.

On Saturdays, she does more intense short races. It consists of 10 sprints of 100 meters with only 1 minute of rest between each. This allows her muscles to never fully rest, creating micro-cracks deep within the muscle tissue while burning fat.

Nutrition

Izabelly prefers a simple nutrition approach, eating according to her body's needs. If her body truly craves certain foods, she doesn't restrict them. However, she never lets herself overeat, especially unhealthy foods like pizza and hamburgers. If she eats such foods, she always carefully tracks her nutrition. If her goal is to lose fat, she ensures she stays within her daily calorie limit.
