Injured Deer Enters Local Home; Police and Residents Treat and Release Back into Forest
A week ago, a wounded deer entered Mr. Qin's home in Qinong County, Daxinganling, Heilongjiang Province, seemingly without warning. He was truly at a loss, and could only call the police for help.
After receiving the report, police arrived at Mr. Qin's home and found that the deer had a wounded hind foot with bloodstains. They provided simple treatment and bandaging to the deer, then took it back to the police station. Simultaneously, they sought assistance from the Resource Department of the Daxinganling Forestry Bureau. During this time, the police considered that the deer probably descended due to foraging, so the police prepared milk for feeding the deer.
Subsequently, staff from the Resource Department of the Daxinganling Forestry Bureau arrived at the scene to check the deer's injury and re-bandaged the deer's wound.
