As of 6:40 PM today, the search and rescue operation at the Quanzhou hotel collapse site in Fujian Province has rescued 68 trapped people, with 26 deaths (24 people were found with no vital signs, and 2 died despite medical treatment). There are still 3 people being rescued.

On the Quanzhou hotel collapse site, search dog Bei Bei tirelessly circled beside Fujian Fire Rescue Brigade firefighter Yi Wenbin, as if to say, ‘I can still go!’

But Yi Wenbin sadly couldn't speak, because Bei Bei was frantically searching for signs of life at the scene for hours, continuously digging with its limbs already scarred.

To prevent further injury, Yi Wenbin carefully disinfected Bei Bei’s limbs and put makeshift ‘shoes’ made from masks on them. As Yi Wenbin cleaned the wounds, he was deeply moved and tears welled up in his eyes...

On March 7th at 7:15 PM, the Xin Jia Hotel in Quanzhou, Fujian, collapsed, with dozens trapped in the rubble. Rescue personnel, wearing protective equipment, participated in the rescue.

Six and a half-year-old Bei Bei, has always been raised by Yi Wenbin since childhood, they grew up and trained together. On the day the hotel collapse occurred, Bei Bei immediately arrived at the scene and began searching.

It was it that first discovered the surviving family of three, which won valuable time for the rescue.

On the evening of March 7th, facing the rubble of more than 100 square meters, Bei Bei cautiously sniffed through every crack and hole, not missing a single trace of life energy. Within 15 minutes, it barked at a crack and wagged its tail excitedly, calling out to Yi Wenbin.

On that day, Bei Bei rescued 3 people, and as of 10th, it has rescued 6 people!
