After arriving at Cat Ear Mountain, park the car in the designated area, purchase the scenic entrance ticket for ¥100/person at the tourist center, and then take the shuttle bus arranged by the scenic area up the mountain (you can also pre-book hotels on the mountain + scenic area tickets + transfer car, which is more cost-effective).
