Shangnan County Holds Report Conference on Yangcheng Yi 4A Scenic Area Upgrading Planning
Shangnan County held a report conference on the upgrading planning of Yangcheng Yi 4A Scenic Area.
On March 31st, Zhao Youqun, a member of the Party Committee of the County Government and Director of the Jinxiya Scenic Area Management Committee, presided over the report conference on the upgrading planning of Yangcheng Yi 4A Scenic Area. Relevant departments of the Xianyang Culture and Tourism Bureau, the Development and Planning Bureau, the Water Affairs Bureau, the Transportation Bureau, and the Finance Bureau, as well as relevant comrades from Fuxu Town, attended the meeting. Professor Liu Xiaoxia from the Foreign Language University of Xi’an was invited to attend and provide guidance.
After listening to the report on the upgrading planning of Yangcheng Yi 4A Scenic Area by the planning company, all attendees unanimously agreed that the upgrading planning design concept of Yangcheng Yi 4A Scenic Area was innovative and comprehensive. Professor Liu Xiaoxia proposed three suggestions regarding the creation of a 4A-level scenic area.Firstly, it is necessary to clarify the core attractions.The scenic area needs to quickly determine the scale, level, popularity, and gap with nationally renowned scenic areas, and make targeted improvements; Secondly, infrastructure needs to be improved.Improve the system of tourist signs, sanitation, and security, enhance the construction of the tourist center and tourist toilets, and promote the construction of the smart scenic area. It is necessary to improve the transportation system of the scenic area, increase accessibility, and continuously improve the distribution of industries, meet the diversified needs of tourists for catering and accommodation, and build a high-quality scenic area with distinctive cultural characteristics and strong core competitiveness; Thirdly, management level needs to be improved.It is necessary to develop a scientific and standardized management system, each functional room needs to be complete, the personnel configuration of each department needs to be reasonable, responsibilities need to be clarified, and employees need to be trained. The tourist satisfaction rate needs to reach 85% or more.
The relevant departments combined their functional responsibilities and discussed the development of tourism elements, land policies, ecological red lines, and local industry factors to propose opinions and suggestions regarding the scenic area planning. Considering the cultural differences between Yangcheng Yi Scenic Area and Chuangwang Scenic Area, the planning unit needs to innovate its thinking, make scientific planning and judgments on the theme characteristics of the scenic area, and at the same time, consider integrating with local masses’ wealth-creating industries and the rural revitalization plan, combined with the existing Fuxu Town’s economic layout and the important project planning of the Mushroom Town, to make a higher standard of scenic area planning and design.
The meeting required:Firstly, it is necessary to fully absorb suggestions.Yangcheng Yi Management Committee and the planning and compilation unit need to fully sort out the suggestions and guidance of departments and experts, and further revise and improve the plan; Secondly, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research.The planning unit needs to further investigate the local culture, customs, ecological environment, and land resources, strengthen the core competitiveness of tourism, and ensure the scientific and practical nature of the planning and design; Thirdly, it is necessary to accelerate the creation progress.In accordance with the creation tasks assigned by the county government, all departments need to further refine the plan, take action quickly and strengthen measures according to the time nodes, and ensure that the creation tasks are completed on time.
