Malaysia's hyped attractions that are actually not fun: Melaka is really not worth visiting, the stuff isn't good and it isn't tasty, Genting Highlands, initially thought going up would be a nature-close scenic view, but turned out to be one shopping mall after another, unless you want to go up to gamble or just take a cable car that doesn't feel stimulating at all, otherwise I can't find anything fun. Shopping malls are everywhere in downtown Kuala Lumpur, but if you want to buy cheap stuff, there's an outlet on top of Genting.
It's all the big brands at discounted prices there, you can go shopping. Writing this made me think of my days living in Malaysia, I think I should start a column to summarize my life in Malaysia, covering all aspects of clothing, food, accommodation, and travel. When I have time and leisure, I can go. When you go to Malaysia, you need to see when you go to play, where to play, in April or later, you can go out to sea to go deep-sea fishing, you can see the sunrise over there, God Mountain, Sibu University, Water Mosque etc. can all go to play, but you need to pay attention to sunscreen, when going out to sea, take motion sickness medicine.
I recommend going to Sipadan. Because I'm a poor girl traveling, eating, drinking, and living costs are not a problem for me, but the price of the plane is something I can't bear, so I did the most cost-effective plane ticket strategy, resulting in me using three modes of transportation to Sipadan, I don't laugh, but when I sat on the speedboat to reach the Kapalai Island Water Villa on Reef Rock, I was amazed, built on Reef Rock, even though the sky was clear and sunny, it turned into a storm, I was still amazed, I took out my phone to take pictures, and my friends and I felt that the phone couldn't capture its beauty.
There, the signal is only in that huge room that can accommodate hundreds of people for a meal, when I returned to my water villa, my phone was just a player, and I could only listen to the local music on my phone, but this made me truly relax, think and look at the sunrise and sunset, snorkeling, chasing sea turtles, and seeing starfish and clownfish, in the evening, I went to the island to take pictures, drank beer and barbecue in the restaurant, and slowed down to feel the life, I was in those days raining, clean, and quiet, that freedom is the same as letting go, it's really good. If I have another opportunity, I will bring my family to go to Malaysia once.
